anyone else completely alone?

no friends or lover or family nothing like that? It's so demoralizing that I can't get myself to do anything. I've been a NEET now for almost five years. Tried therapy for three years. Nothing budges. At the end of the day there's no one new to meet, nothing new to do and nowhere for me to go since I'm not welcomed anywhere.
