Is it possible that my mobo is broken?

I’ve been troubleshooting my pc since last week. I bought a new gpu and when I tested it on my pc, it doesnt work. But when I test it on other PCs, it turns on and works properly. Is it possible that my motherboard is broken even though the chassis fans (connected to mobo) and the cpu fan works properly? Is it possible that only the pcie slot is broken?
