Weaning off formula/bottle suggestions.

Found a baby kitten at work on April 15th, im not sure how old he is. I'm guessing between 4-6 weeks I'm trying to slowly wean him off formula, I've tried soaking food in the formula, and I've tried wet food also. He's not interested in nothing besides the bottle with formula.
How do i go about weaning him off the bottle.
