Cheap Repair for Mercedes C300

Hi,

My 2018 Mercedes C300 (43K miles) got read-ended, and I need to get a lot of repair work on it. I live in Downtown Seattle. I do not have insurance. Where should i go to get the repair done in cheap?
What to be repaired?
* Seat Belts and SRS/AirBag Control Module need to be replaced - I’m thinking of getting it repaired by websites like myairbags.com instead of getting replaced. I’ll need a mechanic to take out the parts and install them back safely.
* Rear Light needs to be replaced - Does it make sense to find a used alternative instead of buying a new one?
* Exhaust System - RT Muffler C300 and RT Muffler Rear Bracket should be replaced.
