K500f-b81 Software issue

I just bought an K500f-b81 and when I tried to open the kb software, it gave me a "Please connect your device" error

So far i've tried:

• Restarting my pc

• Downloading different versions of the driver, like from the chinese Machenike website and whatgeek

• Uninstalling the default Windows keyboard drivers

• Plugging on another pc

• Using another cable

Any help is appreciated!

The error on the app
