Is it possible that my fevers during luteal phase are an MCAS reaction?

I'm 31f, relatively healthy lifestyle. I have normal labs except mildly high ferritin, normal iron levels.

For the last year, I've had fever temps consistently during the luteal phase of my cycle, even with irregular cycles. The fever typocally peaks at night into the morning, but can be consistent during the day as well. I feel like I'm getting a reaction to my own progesterone.

When I went on progesterone suppositories after an IUI treatment, I had nightly fevers for 2 months.

I have no other significant symptoms during these fevers. No rashes, etc.

Doctors are stumped. Please help!
