Updated my open-source McKinsey consulting Claude skills repo

Posted a few months back about turning the consulting frameworks I used at McKinsey into Claude skills like issue trees, decision memos, prioritization, that stuff.

Added 5 more since then: synthesis, hypothesis tree, stakeholder map, top-down memo, client workshop designer. These are the moves that actually carry weight during a client study, like the synthesis you do after a week of interviews when you have 47 pages of notes and a partner asking "so what?", the Day-1 hypothesis you commit to so you don't boil the ocean, the stakeholder map you draw before the steerco so you know who is most influential and why.

To test the whole stack composing end-to-end, I ran it on something deliberately silly — not a strategy question, a personal one: which sport should I pick up - pickleball, tennis, or running?

Have fun with the repo. GitHub: https://github.com/sruthir28/enterprise-ai-skills
