maytag washer defect

Anyone else have a front load Maytag washer they purchased within the past 5 years that cannot wash more than 1 bath towel and a couple of hand towels? Because I've had 2, the 1st one replaced when sending a letter to the attorney general after the company Maytag contracts with was at my house 4 times. I had to send a letter to the attorney general to get someone from Maytag to contact me. They replaced the defective unit with another defective unit that cannot wash towels. One thousand dollars for a washer that can't wash towels, I can't be the only person that has had 2 of the same washers that are defective
