Can a BSc Micro + MBA Sustainability lead to high-level roles in the Healthcare/Wellness sector?

My mom is pushing for a career in "Wellness and Healthcare" because she thinks it's more stable. I’m starting a BSc in Microbiology and want to do an MBA in Sustainability.

For those in the industry: Are there roles for Sustainability Managers within the Pharmaceutical or Hospital sectors? How much do these "Sustainable Healthcare" roles pay compared to regular environmental jobs? I want to show my family that my path still hits the high-demand "Health" sector they value.
