Grow Tent Variety?

In a month or two I’d like to try to start and grow a tomato plant or two exclusively in my grow tent to have tomatoes all winter. I have a 5’x10’ Vivosun grow tent with all the accessories (fans, filters, a/c, heat, humidifier, dehumidifier, trellis netting, self watering platforms for grow bags with soil, and hydroponic set up for without soil). Has anyone on here grown enough exclusively indoors of different varieties that you’d have a specific recommendation of an easy to grow indoors variety? I am guessing I’ll try a dwarf variety that won’t get too large while still producing full size tomatoes. I am looking for any and all advice. If you have done this before, did you use soil or go hydroponic? Did you just use overhead lights or did you add wall lights and/or some ground up, below canopy lights as well? If you did use supplements to overhead lighting, did you use all full spectrum lights or did you use any uv or ir lights for improved production? I’d like to learn as much as I can from someone who has traveled down this road before I start my journey to have as much knowledge as possible before I begin. Thanks in advance!
