How to adjust toe on German Vehicles?

Hello, I work at BJ’s as a second job with Toyota being my main job. I unfortunately have never done an alignment on German cars but I can do them on pretty much everything else. A couple buddies told me they had a hard time. Well, I have a couple alignments on a BMW, and 2 Audis tmr at BJ’s and I’ll be by myself with no help. Is there any difference in making the adjustments, or is it business as usual?
