Am I (31F) overreacting to my boyfriend (27M) going out and not telling me?

So my (31F) boyfriend (27M) is away on a bachelor trip about 2 hours away. It's a cottage they rented in the blue mountains of Ontario and they've just been golfing a lot, playing pool, poker, games.. etc.

My boyfriend and I have a great relationship and have actually never had any problems or fights in the whole 10 months of dating. We live together and life is great.

However, he's been voluntarily filling me in when he can on what they're doing or if I ask but the communication is low because he's busy with his friends, that's fine. Except his friend posted a photo of 3 of them at a bar together and my boyfriend never told me about any bar. Then when he went to bed he also just said "I'm going to bed too", no typical goodnight or I love or anything.

My issue is also that I passed out at the gym yesterday and the paramedics had to come and I was at the hospital for a few hours (I'm on a new medication and it dropped my blood sugar). I didn't tell him because I didn't want to worry him while he's away but then I decided to just tell him when I got home. He didn't even give me a quick phone call either which I was also annoyed by, and I'm thinking it's because he was at a bar and didn't want me to know.
