Alpha Power vs Shiny Power

Hiya, I’m getting back to shiny hunting in Mega Dimension after a couple months break and I’m resetting for the ideal Shalpha donut. Sometimes I get Lvl 3 Shiny and Lvl 2 Alpha, or Lvl 2 Shiny and Lvl 3 Alpha. In your expertise, Which rolls me better odds? Should I prioritize a higher lvl Shiny over Alpha, or vice versa (I know the ideal is Lvl 3 Shiny Lvl 3 Alpha but my luck has been miserable rolling for that, let alone the right TYPE). Currently I got a Shiny 3 Alpha 2 donut, but no Shalpha yet, a few shinies here and there so far and even a shiny of the WRONG type, does this mean I should aim for higher alpha power over shiny power if I can’t get them both level 3? Please help 😭 also if you can remind me the ideal Shalpha recipe too that’d be great, thank youuu
