Does anyone have any experience reporting OEC, and how did they solve your issue?

Can anyone tell me anything they know?

Did anyone experience this with grading purposes? For me, it's a bit unique in that the university department staff was supposed to have a meeting with me before keying in a grade from another external member that I reported for something, but I did not have this meeting and the grade was keyed in. What does OEC do in this case?
