Cna you get an allergic reaction after stopping an antibiotic?

27F, 5'6, 106lb, white, US, never drank/smoked.

I was given amox-clav from the GI for SIBO for 2 weeks. i had no real issue while taking it, but two days after stopping, i keep getting these itchy hives randomly all over my body.

i am only allergic to dogs, and it's not like im cuddling up with one. stopping this med was genuinely the only different thing i've done. Itchy spots randomly pop up on my arms, legs, and under my jaw, and i dont know why.
