Govee or Phillips Hue

My game room lighting is currently using Phillips Hue, I use the Phillips Hue Sync App on my PC and play games. I'm using a light strip behind my desk then 2 bulbs that light the whole room.

Question is does Govee offer a similar experience, does Govee have an App for PC that works the same as Hue sync would for playing games on PC? The reason I'm wondering about switching is because Govee seems much cheaper and has a more products.
