have been in contact with my ex for two months. their bday passed i didn’t wish them hbd. we were tog and i always wished him for the past two years. they said they needed space, i kept pushing to stay ultimately i just left there was no point. i feel betrayed lied to and played with my emotions. yet i still wanna feel validated for them to come back to show me i mattered. clearly i didn’t
