Anyone who’s learnt swimming via CultPlay pass in/around Sec 43?

I (28M) want to learn swimming and I’m a complete beginner. I have 2 options-

1. Deva swimming Institute (Gymkhana club)

2. Take cultplay membership (access to EAS an Ambience)

Questions-

1. Are there trainers included in cultplay membership? Do they teach for free or do we have to pay extra

2. Ambience School- what are the timings and crowd generally like? Since I would want to go before office in the morning itself.
