Custom 3D printed head, body, weapons, etc., located in Europe ?

Does anyone know of somewhere I could get 3D printed action figures parts for custom builds (particularly Mortal Kombat, 1/10 McFarlane scale) in or around the EU ? Because I’ve so far mostly just found US based sellers which is either very expensive in shipping or flat out refuses to sell me anything
