Face tooth severe pain no access to Emerg right now

Anyone ever had nerve pain starting for the tooth? Intermittently for awhile where extreme pain hits and eases… after many scan at dentists ans antibiotics and pills nothing helps. Nothing showed on scans . I do grind but this pain went from intermittent to 24/7 ache that nothing can touch. I’m assuming I need a nerve med to help this but of course will be hoping I can touch base mondaywith someone, anyone that can help. Just curious if anyone dealt with this? Feels trigeminal nerve issue and severe muscular spasm. I don’t know where to go back to the dentist or regular doc. Sorry to vent here but I’m in so much pain and wondering if anyone has advice… (other than emergency … stress make this worse, and I’m not dying just dying of pain and no sleep or food). Thanks for being kind to a woman crying for 3 days straight (and I have a high pain tolerance… they once tried to knock me out with fent before surgery and it didn’t work lol. 😂
