Still haven’t received tickets for World Cup

I bought tickets via StubHub and accepted through fifa. However when I log into fifa it says I have 2 tickets but the link to tickets doesn’t work. It says the ticket number is a link but when I click that my phone asks me to call the number??? Anyone else having this issue? The game is in 19 days and I’m a bit worried
