Need help

So this just happened a few weeks back I can't really remember the exact week when it started. I'm 18 now and I've always had this eye twitching habit before. At first I thought it was nothing until it began. Weeks ago I began to have this neck twitching thing and it disappeared for days then it came back again even worse than before.

I began to hit myself if it's too much or my hand would move by itself and hit anyone in front of me.

My parents noticed it and thought it was just me being dramatic, I cried and told them it's been happening to me for weeks now and I'm confused why.

It also affects my vocals like I would make tsk'ng sounds, sometimes repeat slurs or just scream out of nowhere but it always been a part of me even before (screaming out of nowhere or blurting out nonsense) but it gets triggered whenever the tics happens. I feel restless. Itchy and confused.

My parents suggested long before to get me consulted but it never happens and I cry every time they tell me to stop doing it, I told them I can't but they don't understand. Its painful.
