slynd/bleeding

Has anyone ever experienced sudden bleeding during sex on slynd? I’m on month 5 of slynd, on my last active pill of the pack, but I haven’t had my period in about 3 months (not pregnant). Wondering if this is a funny mishap or if anyone has experienced something similar.
