AD is no longer asking me to approve or deny 3rd party API tokens

Is anyone else having this issue where AllDebrid is no longer sending the notification to allow third-party APIs? Yesterday, I wanted to set up a new Stremio account. Usually, once you try and give an add-on access, you will see a notification at the top of the AllDebrid website asking you to allow or deny. As of a few days ago, it is not doing that, so some Stremio add-ons cannot work. Is anyone else having this issue?
