Mouth Breathing on New CPAP Machine?

Hi all,

Started CPAP last November. Had no major issues. I got a new machine (air sense 11 same model as the first) in January and immediately started having super dry mouth and leaks for 15-20 min each night. My doc says I'm mouth breathing and to wear a strap. I just can't have that much shit on my face, the nasal mask is annoying enough.

Any chance this could be a machine issue? I started hearing some whistling last night and I'm wondering if it's faulty.

Other confounding factor is I started zepbound around the same time and seem to have some dry mouth as a side effect. Could that cause mouth breathing?
