Tips for learning shows quickly and not forgetting?

Recently reached out to some local theaters and one offered me a spot on their show for days where one of the members won’t be there. Only problem is I will only be able to be there two days for tech week because it's the same week as my finals. I believe I will be on spots but I’m not 100% sure, luckily I’ve been on spots for the two other shows I’ve done so I have a general idea of what’ll be happening but it took me more than two days to have the show down and memorized. Im just wondering whats the best way for me to approach the two days I’ll be there and if there’s anything specific I can do to help me run the show the best I can.
