Is anyone else delaying their happiness until residency ends?

Currently in first year of my superspecialty, Things are going fine. Got into an INI etc.. but I feel I’ve delayed my happiness because of my residency 2.0.

It’s just one thing after next from 12th grade.. had a few moments of happiness in MBBS but now it’s just one stressor after the next.

Has anyone dealt with this? It’s not healthy, I agree..

But how to cope man?
