Reminder to use your Extra Benefits - Travel cancellation (A happy CSR user)

Had a trip get derailed by a sickness and had to reschedule a non-refundable hotel.

The travel cancellation insurance came in clutch to and saved me 900~ bucks that woulda gone into the void because of it. Took a minor amount of work to submit some screenshots and was able to get that money back.

I know we sometimes get lost in the weeds in between being able to squeeze out every benefit possible, but it's still a great services card with some solid benefits coverage that isn't always highlighted on the top end features.

Purchase Protection , Return Protection, and the auto rental coverage are all super useful and easy to forget while we're dealing with all the smaller details.

I'm definitely not a power user by far, but as a daily driver the card gets me some solid benefits especially as I have quite a bit of work travel I can route through the card to benefit on the back end for myself comes in clutch to easily hit the $75,000 spend yearly.

I know it's easy to get see a lot of the negative attention but overall I continue to be a pretty satisfied customer on my end with a nice chunk of points to use for a bonus vacation or spend every year.
