Hit and Run parked car beach drive

More of a rant than anything

Someone hit and damaged my parked car on beach drive towards Alki. No note of course. I’ve only had this car for 5 months, having to replace my other one when it was totaled from someone slamming into me when I was at a complete stop due to traffic on i5.

I’ve not had an accident in 20+ years of driving prior to these two incidents, neither of which I had anything to do with but have to deal with and in this case likely have a minimum of 2k-5k worth of damage done to my vehicle.

Thinking perhaps we should have stricter driving requirements.

I guess if anyone out there saw anything to let me know, not that’d it’s likely to make a difference.
