Can’t remember if I took my meds

helllooo not a big deal since it’s only 25mg but just wondered if i lay off taking in just in case and leave it for tomorrow instead now? unsure as im usually able to remember if ive taken it or not but this time i genuinely have no idea and thought i should get some advice
