Is this a typical symptom of withdrawel?

Abuse DPH for a weeks on end, which I've done on and off for a few years. Decided I'm done with this shit for good about 3 days ago. Day 1 wasn't too bad, day 2 I had a bit of a panic attack which I assume came from the lack of DPH, day 3 im having this extremely intense brain fog/derealization/dizzy/brain pressure feeling that the only way i really describe is like the afterglow of dph after you take it, it honestly feels like im high with how intense it is. im pretty used to the effect as its common with almost every drug but i cant think of a single cause besides my body reacting to the lack of dph. anyone else have this effect?
