I need some pulling advice

I'm still undecided whether or not i want to pull him, so i thought I'd ask the experts a few questions. So I'm a Jade main (have her at E6, since there's so little showcases of her as a main dps, think of her like an AOE Feixiao) and as of now I run her with E0S1 Cipher, E1S1 Robin and E0 DHPT. So how big of an improvement would Blade be for my team? I can't afford to get any eidolons or his cone so it would be E0 Blade. It's also worth noting Gallagher is my only option for a healer, not sure if he can work with DHPT though. Thanks!
