So I’ve went from 355 to now 224 pounds (going to 190) This coming Wednesday will be my 1 year mark. With that being said, I’ve been lucky enough to retain a lot of muscle. But my stomach will most definitely need surgery.

I’ve been looking into going to Turkey for the surgery? Has anybody else done this? And if you stayed in the US, where did you go?

Average cost you guys have found? Difference between US and foreign? Thanks in advance. Never really done anything like this.
