Did the new patch add anything to unarmed?

Still think this is one of the most underdeveloped skill trees in the game. Equipment wise, there are only heavy gauntlets which are like Fist of Steel perk fom Skyrjm.

Perhaps the next DLC will give us more options, really want to try a full Monk/Pugilist build with mors variety?
