Baltimore SUP river recommendations?

I know a lot of nice lake and bay spots to paddle in the Baltimore area, but I'd like to find a lazy section of a river to try. Either a place to paddle upriver and drift back, or a longer section where we could put a car at both ends. Anyone have any good suggestions?
