So many small bad habits are just eating away at your life?

Like a month ago I seriously didn't even know where my time was going, I'm not joking all my free time was being used up doing one bad habit or another. The obvious ones are social media and gaming and stuff, but I had so many more bad habits? Like spending time in toxic relationships, randomly snacking and other things too.

I don't even know how I realised but last month I thought, 'wait, I'm doing a whole bunch of nothing.' And before this realisation I didn't know about all the non-obvious bad habits either.

This world is really just a bunch of big businesses trying to make money. With all the junk food and all that crap they're making people addicted to.

Anyway, last month I got this app that tracked the bad habits I was trying to avoid (the list on this app was how I realised where my time was going). I also got an Apple Watch and starting tracking my sleep. And I finally started working out seriously.

Now around a month later I actually have made decent progress, I can see my skin clearing up and my physique is also getting noticeably better. But best of all, I can genuinely focus when working and I'm more confident.

It's actually just you vs big companies trying to capture your time and energy.
