I just got approved!

Sharing my additional data point and happy to answer any questions folks here may have. I've been a long time lurker on this sub and learnt a lot from everyone here, so I'm eager to give back in whatever way I can.

I also understand how much anxiety this new memo has created and feel very lucky about the timing of my approval! Hopefully, approvals will continue flowing for everyone else navigating this anxiety.

PD: Feb 2023 (at risk of retrogression on 1 June)
RD: Oct 24, 2025 (IOE09343 series)
Biometrics: Nov 17, 2025
EAD approval: Nov 18, 2025 -> 5 years validity
3rd FTA0: Jan 20, 2026
1st FTA1 and 485J approval: Feb 11, 2026
Case moved back to NBC from non-local FO: Feb 28, 2026
Case became current: March 1, 2026
Congressional inquiry: March 17, 2026 (I did this to see if it could help move things along)

USCIS response to inquiry: April 14, 2026 (indicated that my case is retrogressed, so I need to wait!)
AP approval: April 14, 2026

2nd congressional inquiry disputing USCIS claim of retrogression: April 15, 2026 (I also panicked at this point and uploaded a demand letter via myUSCIS on May 4th to try and fix this incorrect retrogression flag)

Silent update: May 7, 2026 (I can't be sure but I believe this might've been my background check being initiated)
USCIS response to 2nd inquiry: May 11, 2026 (correctly indicated my case is now current but I need to wait)
2nd FTA1: May 15, 2026
