Need help

Hello pianists of reddit,
I an intermediate studying pianist (abrsm 5/6?). I have a performance soon and am performing Stephen Heller Op. 47 No. 15. I can play the song with ease and I’ve mastered its dynamics, but I am playing way too fast. I cannot play slower without making many mistakes, does anyone have a solution or tips please? Thanks
