Feel robbed watching the last season of the boys

I was so exited to watch the last episode of the boys, but I just feel robbed in some ways I can't really exaplain. I mean I really wanted to see homelander interacting with other people without his powers, I wanted to how he would try to explane his way out of people who don't him, or it would have also been fine if it ended with him going full phyco and distorying everything, full sorched earth.
