Calculator gave me 32FF but cups and band are way too small. Need advice on sizing & brand recs!

Spoiler

I’m in my late 20s and trying to find a bra that fits for the first time, and totally burnt out on the process.

The calculator gave me a 32FF UK, but the Freya Offbeat and Fantasie Reflect in that size were way too small in the cup. The 32 bands felt suffocating, dug in, and felt like they would snap. For my body-to-breast ratio, a flimsy 2-hook band doesn't cut it. I need a thick, wide back band that distributes pressure.
I’m stuck in a loop: 32s suffocate me (worsened by the small cups?), 34s initially feel okay but stretch out in two months, and 36s are too loose.

Shape-wise, I have a bell/teardrop shape, soft tissue, volume loss at the top, and wide-set roots (1-inch gap).
Lately, I’ve been wearing unsupportive Delmira minimizers from Amazon. I only own bras in a 34F or 36F, so that’s all I've been wearing. After recent weight loss, I realize they look terribly unflattering- they flatten my side profile but smash me into a wide, boxy shape from the front

I want to try something better, but I have a huge fear of a textbook "correct" fit pushing my breasts forward and making me look visually bigger or pointy. I do not want to be thrust outward. I want to be lifted off my stomach, contained, and smoothed out, but with a natural, rounded, slimming silhouette.

Where do I go from here? Should I try a 32G/GG in specific brands with a thicker 3-hook band, or move to a firm 34? I need bra recommendations that handle volume loss and offer lift without making me look visually larger.

Any help is greatly appreciated! 🙏🏻
