Recieved the decision .. but

I got an email today regarding my application, i applied to neuroscience which got canceled so my file has been forwarded to genomics

However the email i got rejected me in neuroscience not genomics? Did they rejected me on genomis and this is just a technical issue or what? Anyone who has been in the same place and got the decision what was the name of the program?
