JLL MRT 30-Min Panel Interview – Anyone Had Similar Experience and Got an Offer?

Had a 30-minute Zoom panel interview for a JLL MRT/RME role yesterday with 2 interviewers. They mostly asked about my experience, LOTO/safety, behavioral questions, shift flexibility, and site availability.

At the end I thanked them and said I appreciated the opportunity and hoped to hear a positive response soon. The interview ended normally and the portal still shows “Interviewing.”

For people already working in JLL/Amazon RME:

- Is a 25–30 min interview normal for this role?

- Is showing appreciation at the end viewed positively?

- Did anyone have a similar interview and still get an offer after a few days?

Just trying to understand the process better. Thanks!
