**FAQ**

Q: How much is the salary/salary range?

A: I don’t have specific information about the salary range. As far as I know, your salary will depend on your previous compensation and the job grade of the position you’re applying for.

Q: How many days of RTO (Return to Office)?

A: This depends on the line of business (LOB). In my current LOB, we return to the office twice a week, while some LOBs only require once a week. For new hires, training is highly likely to be conducted onsite.

Q: Do you accept undergraduates?

A: Please review the qualifications to check if a bachelor’s or college degree is required. Some openings don’t explicitly mention it, so you can still try applying.

Q: Do you have non-voice or back-office roles?

A: Yes, but please read the job description carefully, as I’m not familiar with the details of other lines of business.

Q: I have already applied. How long before they contact me?

A: There’s no definite timeline. Please wait for an email or check your application status on the website.
