Need work advice and not sure where else to post this

I work in a small office with only about 10-15 employees. Because of this, our significant others are always invited to work events. One of my coworkers wives has been very obviously giving me nasty looks, snubbing me, and her husband won’t look at or acknowledge me during the events. At work, we are friendly, so the coldness towards me outside of the office doesn’t make any sense. I have a lot of social anxiety to begin with so I don’t know how to navigate this and it’s making me feel really uncomfortable. Do I just ignore them? Do I continue to say hi to her? Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this
