FFS without HRT?

I've been thinking about FFS since 2021 when I was 19 but haven't been keen on starting HRT. Reasons being I don't think I want breasts (not super sure) and I don't want physical changes to my genitalia. I'm also worried about my ability to figure skate at a higher level going away.

I'm wondering if I get FFS, without first being on HRT for a while, will my face become masculine again because of not being on HRT? I know that HRT helps feminize faces but from the results that I've looked at I think FFS is much more towards what I want.
