Should I drop to one nap? 15 mo, one night waking and habitual morning wake at 5am.

1-2 years old

I know a lot of people would have dropped to one nap a long time ago, but my little one is high sleep needs. In a 24 h period she sleeps about 13.5 hours. 2h during the day split between naps - which I cap to one HR each - and the rest overnight. Ww are 3:30/3:45/4.

She has a number of teething ridges along her lower gums so I think that's part of the wakes but I give neurofen before sleep but inevitably will need to let her nurse to go back to sleep. I think the 5am wake is just a habit I got into.

However, 2 weeks ago we had a dog related issue which meant she was in her grandparents house and naps went kind of out the window, she landed up having one nap days a week times but oddly enough on the two nap days that week she slept all the way through!!

I obviously don't want to push her if she's not ready, but my god I think she's been on 3-3:20 for her first wake window for well over 2 months now.

That can't be right? Right? To be fair, no other issues, sometimes shell take 10 mins to fall asleep at nap and bedtime, no crying. And she isn't resisting or flying through the naps.

I know the suggestion is to also wait until they are showing LOUD signs so maybe I should just wait? In that case, should I stop capping her naps?? She can't really do more than 3:45 in the morning though. So she won't have been awake for long enough then during the day and the night sleep will be way too long .

I'd appreciate any insight! Thanks!
