I need to change job

I’m a 19yo half Japanese currently working a factory job in Japan. I can speak conversational Japanese, but not fluently yet.
My current salary is pretty low, and I found some jobs online offering much higher pay plus free dorms/accommodation. However, I’m a bit suspicious because the offers seem almost too good to be true.
Is Nisso Kogyo (Nisso Corporation) legit? Has anyone here worked with them before?
I’d really appreciate any advice. It’s just me and my little sister here in Japan, so I want to be careful before making a decision.
