Elden Vins or Reborn?

Finished a playthrough with seamless, now we're waiting for the rebalancing update of Convergence.

Tried Reforged, but the changes it adds are just annoying, barely felt the difference in difficulty from vanilla, but definitely felt the annoyances like LAMP OIL, it really felt like having to play through the author's vision instead of the freedom from vanilla.

Between Vins and Reborn, which mod adds the most content, better balancing and difficulty without annoying changes that add purposeless grind for the sake of grind,like LAMP OIL.

And is ofc most compatible with Seamless, which is a great mod we wouldn't be able to play without
