Made my own bio flashcards because every Quizlet deck just regurgitated the textbook
Got tired of decks that just dump definitions, so I built my own with a punchy scenario on the front, Q&A on the back, and a *clinical correlation* footer that ties the biology to actual diseases and drugs.
The chromosome card (image 1) is the one I'm proudest of — the vignette walks you through what's visible under a microscope, the Q&A drills genome → chromatin → sister chromatids → centromere, and the clinical footer ties it all back to trisomies and the Philadelphia chromosome (CML, treated with imatinib — the first targeted cancer therapy in history).
Made about 36 of these total so far. Lmk if the format is useful — I'll do more chapters.
