can pharmacist help me if i walk into a SDM?

so i've been having a minor health issue that's been ongoing for a while... the issue is that i don't have a family doctor and getting an appointment in my area is incredibly difficult. i searched up online and it said that in ontario, a pharmacist can prescribe medication for this exact issue. how easy is it to talk to a pharmacist at SDM? can i just walk up to them and explain or do i gotta book an appointment or something?
